Approval Service Settings

The approval service is a service that centrally manages approval requests generated from linked services.
The administrator can set whether to use the approval service.

Settings​

Accessing the Settings Menu​

  1. Accessing the Management Center: Log in to the Security365 Management Center with administrator privileges.
  2. Move to Settings Menu: Admin Page > Go to Settings.
  3. Select the Settings tab: 사용설정Click the tab.

⚠️ Display Conditions for the Settings Tab
사용설정The tab is only displayed if you are subscribed to a service linked to the approval service.
If there is no subscription for the linked service, this tab will not appear.

Setting the Approval Service Usage Status​

This is a key setting that controls the overall usage of the approval service.

Use of Approval Service​

  • Use (ON): The approval service is activated and functioning normally
  • Unused (OFF): The approval service is disabled, blocking the approval process.
The approval service is a service that centrally manages approval requests generated from linked services.  
If set to unused, approval requests from the linked service will be blocked, and approval-related menus will also be hidden.
